We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a digital asset has been purchased, accessed, or delivered.
2. Instant Access & Download
Many EduCase products provide immediate access upon payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this and waive any right to cancel once access is granted.
3. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We may assist with access problems or duplicate billing errors. Any resolution is at the sole discretion of EduCase.
4. User Responsibility
Before purchase, you are responsible for reviewing product details, technical requirements, and confirming the correct program.
